Roberta (Bobbie) Donelson has a bachelor of arts degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. She works as the CBM specialist and reading coach for the Indian River County School District. She has been an educator for more than 20 years and has served students and families as a general education teacher, special education teacher, behavior specialist, district reading specialist, and statewide reading consultant. Bobbie's efforts in the area of reading have received recognition as a model program by the governor of Florida. She is also a Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) Master Trainer for the Florida Center for Reading Research. At the local, state, and national levels, she has worked with a number of colleagues in the areas of reading, curriculum-based measurement, oral reading fluency, problem-solving, and response to intervention.
